In this edition I will be talking about the time of the month. I wanted to make this site to uplift others but realistically life isn’t all rainbows and butterflies all of the time. I think it’s important to show an honest viewpoint and acknowledge that all feelings are valid here. I have always suffered with particularly heavy and sometimes debilitating periods from the age of 11. For most of my late teens and twenties I was on birth control which helped lessen my symptoms.
